.:: How To Book Your Holiday ::.
We want to make it easy for you to book with us! These simple steps describe our booking process, so you know what's happening every step of the way.
Whether you have already found the perfect accomodation through our Apartments To Rent pages, or whether you just want an idea of prices and availability, the first thing to do is fill out our simple Online Enquiry Form.
We will then contact you (by email or phone, whichever you prefer) to either discuss your options, or just quote you some prices and availibility.
At this point, you also have the opportunity to add some Ski Packages and Airport Transfers to your booking, to make your arranging your holiday as easy as possible!
If you confirm your booking (by email or phone), we will reserve your apartment(s) for 7 days. We will also e-mail you a Booking Form which will contain the full price of all your options and our full Terms and Conditions.
If you want to go ahead, complete the form and send it back to us by post, together with a reservation fee of £100 per apartment (which is deducted from the balance of your total price). If you would rather by debit or credit card, just let us know and we can send you an invoice by email which you can pay securely online via PayPal or Google Checkout. We regret that there is currently a surcharge of 3.5% on all PayPal payments to cover our costs of using this service. Google Checkout is currently free of additional charges until the end of 2007.
Your balance of payment is due no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. This can be paid by cheque, or by debit/credit card as described above. We will contact you to request payment, at which point the final payment method can be agreed upon.
Once final payment is received and cleared, we will send you your accomodation voucher(s), and also any vouchers for ski packages and airport transfers that you may also have purchased. These vouchers contain all the information you need to claim these services in Bulgaria - there is also further information on the Ski Packages and Airport Transfers pages.
While you are on holiday, you will have access to our local representative (contact details will be on the Accomodation Voucher) who will be able to deal with any issues you have with the accomodation.
On your return, please visit our Online Guestbook and leave any comments you may have on your holiday experience with us, or just Email Us directly and we will add them for you.
