How To Book Your Ski Holiday

We want to make it easy for you to book with us! These simple steps describe our booking process, so you know what's happening every step of the way.

  1. Whether you have already found the perfect accomodation through our Apartments To Rent pages, or whether you just want an idea of prices and availability, the first thing to do is fill out our simple Online Enquiry Form.

  2. We will then contact you (by email or phone, whichever you prefer) to either discuss your options, or just quote you some prices and availibility.

  3. If you want to add ski hire/tuition to your holiday, we have fully automated online booking and payment systems for this on our sister websites: for Bansko go to Bansko-Ski-Packages.com, and for Borovets go to Borovets-Ski-Packages.com. You can book ski hire at those sites even if you don't choose our apartment rental for your holiday.

  4. If you confirm your booking (by email or phone), we will reserve your apartment(s) for 7 days. We will also e-mail you a Booking Form which will contain the full price of all your options and our full Terms and Conditions.

  5. If you want to go ahead, complete the form and send it back to us by post, together with a reservation fee of £100 per apartment (which is deducted from the balance of your total price). You can pay by cheque, online via a bank transfer from your own internet banking account, or online by credit/debit card using the secure Google Checkout service. Please note that a 4% surcharge applies to all payments made using Google Checkout.

  6. Your balance of payment is due no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. This can be paid by cheque, bank transfer, or by debit/credit card as described above. We will contact you to request payment, at which point the final payment method can be agreed upon.

  7. Once final payment is received and cleared, we will send you your accomodation voucher(s), and the instructions for key handover in the resort.

  8. While you are on holiday, you will have access to our local representative (contact details will be on the Accomodation Voucher) who will be able to deal with any issues you have with the accomodation.

  9. On your return, we would be pleased to receive feedback on your holiday. Just Email Us with your comments.
